Huomaan, että olet lisäillyt etymologioita suomen kielen sanoihin. Se on hyvä juttu, kannustan jatkamaan. Suomen sanoissa on tällä hetkellä aika niukalti kantakieliin saakka meneviä etymologioita. Suosittelisin kuitenkin rekisteröitymistä käyttäjäksi, eli käyttäjätunnuksen luomista. Toinen ehdotus olisi se, että etymologioihin voisi laittaa lähdeviitteen. Johdot kantasuomesta ja kantagermaanista eivät välttämättä ole kovin läpinäkyviä. Näppärä malli lähdeviitteen tekoon on täällä: tänään.
It occurred to me that you may not be a Finnish-speaker. I just encouraged you to continue adding etymologies and to create a user ID. Also, it would be good to add rererences, because the derivations from proto languages are usually not obvious. Questionable etymologies edit
The etymologies for Finnish words that you have been adding seem rather questionable, so please stop adding them until they can be verified. See WT:Etymology scriptorium/2015/May#Finnish etymologies by User:86.50.115.83. Your edits also don't fit with our guidelines for the spelling of Proto-Germanic terms, and are missing templates. —CodeCat 18:32, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
