Wiktionary:Cebuano transliteration

These are the rules concerning transliteration in Cebuano entries.

Modern Cebuano is mostly written in Latin script, but the ancient badlit (Baybayin) script is also occasionally used, and Wiktionary also provides badlit forms for Cebuano words. The transliteration for Cebuano terms in badlit is based on the reconstructed phonological inventory of Classical Cebuano, which does not have /e/ and /o/, and treats <d> and <r> as allophones.
