Wiktionary:Votes/bt-2006-07/Bot approval request: ScsRhymeBot

Discussion moved from Wiktionary:Beer parlour/2006/July#Bot approval request: ScsRhymeBot.

My previous bot request having died on the vine due to policy complications, I'm starting over with a narrow definition and a simple request.

The ScsRhymeBot account will be used to:

  1. add Rhyme: links to the Pronunciation section of pages that don't have them
  2. add "breadcrumb" backlinks to the English:Rhymes pages (see for example Rhymes:English:-ɛmɪt and Rhymes:English:-eɪzɪŋ)

Let's see if we can get Paul to set the bot flag :-).

Thanks, all. This has been an interesting data processing problem: 1 bit transition in 12 days, for an impressive 960 nanohertz. :-) I'm away from home at the moment, but I'll start the bot running in earnest next week and let you know how it goes. —scs 21:34, 21 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
