Note: it is my (Ruakh's) intent that this header be used in English entries, as well as other-language entries, but this vote will not modify any policy to state that explicitly.
Note: some languages might decide, after further discussion, to use this header for inflected prepositions as well, in which case the category will likely be "(language) preposition forms" instead, but this vote will not specify that, and it is not my (Ruakh's) opinion that any vote will be necessary for that.
Note: neither "Adposition" nor "Postposition" is a standard POS header, so I (Ruakh) see no need to consider "Adpositional phrase" and "Postpositional phrase" at this time.
