Etymology edit
Either from *torbar, based on torbë (“shepherd's bag; knapsack”),[1] or from a phonetic transformation *dobëri, from Proto-Slavic *dobro (“property”).[2] Compare Old Armenian տուար (tuar), Proto-Germanic *tībrą (whence Old English tifer, Old High German zebar (“sacrificial animal”)).
Noun edit
dorbëri f (plural dorbëri, definite dorbëria, definite plural dorbërit)
