fructanohydrolase (plural fructanohydrolases)
- (biochemistry) Any enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of a fructan.

- The fructans of the inulin series are hydrolyzed by fructanohydrolases which attack the P-(2, 1 )-fructofuranoside linkages at the nonreducing chain ends with the release of fructose.
