mercurialize (third-person singular simple present mercurializes, present participle mercurializing, simple past and past participle mercurialized)

  1. (chemistry, transitive) To treat with mercury (the metal).
  2. (obsolete, medicine) To treat with a mercury ointment
  3. (obsolete, intransitive) To be sprightly, fantastic, or capricious.
