Etymology edit

From the Greek φασόλι (fasóli, bean), from Ancient Greek φάσηλος (phásēlos, kidney bean). Possibly influenced/mediated by Hungarian paszuly, however note dialectal Greek φασούλι (fasoúli, bean).
