Etymology edit

From Proto-Khasian *ʧku/ɔr, from Proto-Mon-Khmer *kt₂uur ~ *kt₂uər (with metathesis).[1] Cognate with Pnar chkur and Lyngngam ləkur, as well as Puoc həltoːl, Eastern Bru cutũr, Mon က္တောဝ်, Pacoh cutour.
