• In two specific uses, the form is siehe (see there).
• The imperative of sehen is not normally used in German to draw or direct the addressee's attention. For that purpose one uses kuck/guck or schau: Kuck! So geht das. (“See! That’s how it’s done.”) Schau, es geht mir so nicht gut... (“See, I don’t feel so well...”)
