     It’s true that there’s this saying in Ruist scriptures: “Manage your family, rule your nation, pacify the world”. The word world meant society. Officials with credentials these days sloppily use that word, only to end up making fools out of themselves to real intellectuals. The core idea of pacifying the world is all but long gone.
