- Sais-tu la musique ? eh bien ut. Ut, zut may be a corruption of the Latin ut, a word used in typographers' jargon: Ut […] C'est le premier mot du souhait que se faisoient en buvant les anciens imprimeurs […] : Ut tibi prosit meri potio (« Que grand bien vous fasse ce bon vin pur »).
