בָּרִיא • (barí) (feminine בְּרִיאָה, masculine plural בְּרִיאִים, feminine plural בְּרִיאוֹת) [pattern: קָטִיל]

(of a person, animal, country, economy, etc.) Healthy, well: in good health.
(of a food, lifestyle, etc.) Healthy, healthful: serving to promote good health.
אוכל בריא ― ókhel barí ― healthy food
(of an action) Used adverbially.
אוכלים בריא שם? ― okh'lím barí shám? ― Do they eat healthy there?
(biblical) fat, obese.

  וַיַּקְרֵב אֶת־הַמִּנְחָה לְעֶגְלוֹן מֶלֶךְ מוֹאָב; וְעֶגְלוֹן אִישׁ בָּרִיא מְאֹד.
  vayyaqrév et-hamminḥá lə'eglón mélech moáv; və'eglón ish barí məód.
