Etymology edit
ули́та (ulíta) + -ка (-ka), apparently from у́лей (úlej), compare for the suffix волоки́та (volokíta), раки́та (rakíta). In Belarusian улі́тка (ulítka); not used in Ukrainian (borrowed however in technical senses as улі́тка (ulítka).
