Inherited from Old Marathi 𑘭𑘹𑘽𑘥𑘨𑘲 (seṃbharī), 𑘭𑘝𑘥𑘨𑘲 (satabharī) (compare Sanskrit शत (śatá) and भर (bhára)[1]). Related to the suffix -शे (-śe).
