๐๐๐๐๐
South Picene
editEtymology
editFrom Proto-Italic *okris, from Proto-Indo-European *hโรณแธฑris.
Noun
edit๐๐๐๐๐ โข (okreรญ)
Usage notes
editThe term bears the ending -๐๐ (-eรญ), which is found in other dative singular terms in South Picene. However, the term has also been interpreted as a locative singular based on the semantic context of the text. If South Picene did have a locative singular ending -๐๐ (-eรญ), it would not be inconsistent with the rest of the Italic evidence.
