Português: Solo de textura arenosa com pequena presença de minerais secundários, como silte e argila, e elevada taxa de infiltração de água, município de São Francisco de Assis, RS, Brasil. Após intenso evento de precipitação ocorre a suspensão dos minerais de menor granulometria e densidade, os quais ficam depositados sobre a superfície do solo na forma de pequenas crostas escuras, quando há a total percolação da água da chuva no perfil do solo.
English: The soil of sandy texture with a small presence of secondary minerals, such as silt and clay, and high water infiltration rate, São Francisco de Assis, RS, Brazil. After intense precipitation event, the minerals of lower particle size and density are suspended, which are deposited on the surface of the soil in the form of small dark crusts, when there is total percolation of the rainwater in the soil profile.
