This symbol is far less common than ?!, so I'm not sure that this should be presented as the main entry for both. Equinox ◑ 21:17, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

I think these would be better called "Alternative forms", reserving "Synonyms" for words. (The links seem to be broken, too, linking to just ! and ? rather than these two combined.)
