I want to show some examples here (for some reasons i couldn't edit more in the module, also I'm not expert in fixing in Wiktionary modules, you can fix.)

্ব is pronounced differently depending on its location:

* Beginning =>
স্বাধীন = sadhin (not swadhin)
 স্ব = sô (not swô)
 শ্বাস = sax (not swax)

[Now Assamese alphabetically]

 জ্বৰ = zôr (not zwôr)
ত্বৰিৎ = tôrit (not twôrit)
 দ্বাৰা = dara (not dwara)
ধ্বংস = dhôngxô (not dhwôngxô)
 শ্বাস = sax
 স্ব = sô

(্ব is mainly present in words that are borrowed from Sanskrit. So for other consonants it's not used in the beginning. For other and native words it's not used For example: Sweater is চুৱেটাৰ (suêtar) Sweden is চুইডেন (suidên))

Middle and end (existed rule: the inherent vowel is present in conjuncts at the end) =>

উজ্বল = uzzôl (not uzwôl) (it's actually pronounced as "udzôl" because "zz" becomes "dz" or "tz")
 ঘনত্ব = ghônôttô (not ghônôtwô)
 (I think দ ধ also becomes double, but i can't remember any word.)
আব্বা = abba (not abwa) *loanword* 
 জাম্বু = zômbu (not zômmu or zômwu) ম্ব = mbô
 জাম্বিয়া = zambia (not zamwiya) *loanword*
বিশ্বাস = bissax (not biswax)
ঈশ্বৰ = issôr (not iswôr)
 (Same with স্ব)
 আহ্বান = ahban (not ahhan or ahwan) হ্ব = hbô

Beginning =>

খ্যাত = khyatô/khiatô (not khyat)
জ্ঞান = gyan/gian
চ্যুত = sutô (not syut)
জ্যোতি = zûti (not zyûti) 
ত্যাগ = tyag/tiag
ধ্যান = dhyan/dhian
ব্যৱহাৰ = byôwôhar/be(w/b)ôhar
ব্যক্তি = byôkti/bêkti
ম্যানমাৰ = myanmar/mianmar
শ্যাম = syam/siam/xyam (can be ignored)
ক্ষমতা = khyômôta/khômôta
ক্ষেত্ৰ = khêtrô (not khyêtrô)
ক্ষুদ্ৰ = khudrô (not khyudrô)

Middle and end =>

বাক্য = baikkô (not bakyô)
আখ্যান = aikhkhan (not akhyan)
বিজ্ঞান = biggan (not bigyan)
বিচ্যুত = biissutô (not bisyut) (it's actually "bissuto" because Assamese doesn't have long vowels)
 অৰণ্য = ôrôinnô (not ôrônyô)
অত্যাচাৰ = ôittasar (not ôtyasar)
  খাদ্য = khaiddô (not khadyô)
ধন্যবাদ = dhôinnôbad (not dhônyôbad)
কাব্য = kaibbô (not kabyô)
কাম্য = kaimmô (not kamyô)
কল্যান = kôillan (not kôlyan)
ৰক্ষা = rôikhkha (not rôkhya)

Next::

ৱ and য় in the middle and end of words are not pronounced after some vowels.

ৱ ::

 অৱ = ôw
অ’ৱ = oô *
আৱ = aw
ইৱ , ঈৱ = iw
উৱ, ঊৱ = uô * 
ঋৱ = riw
এৱ = êw
এ’ৱ = ew
ঐৱ = ôiw
ওৱ = ûô *
ঔৱ = ôuô *

য়::

অয় = ôy
অ’য় = oy
আয় = ay
ইয়, ঈয় = iô *
উয়, ঊয় = uy
ঋয় = riô * 
এয় = êô * 
এ’য় = eô *
ঐয় = ôiô * 
ওয় = ûy
ঔয় = ôuy

These are the major rules. There are some minor rules too, but they can be ignored. Similar rules also exist in Bengali.

@Aryamanarora: Hi, i tried to add some vowel rules occurs in final, like ঈয় is pronounced as "iô", but it automatically translit it to "i' which is for middle. And ব in final is mostly pronounced as "bô". Can you add these?
