Talk:command

Latest comment: 11 years ago by Mglovesfun in topic RFV discussion: February 2013

I'm under the impression that the baseball definition is applicable to control of anything (ex: I have command of my senses and you have command of the English language). It seems like there's some extra stuff in the entry that relates to it (the translation table, notably), so I don't want to mess with it. Could somebody who knows the Wiktionary system better do this? 68.102.237.253 03:23, 3 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Isn't the se nse of "group of officers, generals, etc. in charge of issuing commands, directing a war effort, etc." (as in "high command") missing here? I don't see it in any of the senses listed in this entry. Should it be modified? --Pereru (talk) 09:08, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

I think you've ended up on the wrong page. Mglovesfun (talk) 19:11, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
