- Google Books has this mention whilst Google Groups has this mention. I can't find any uses, either. It's not in the OED, FWTW. The (deprecated template usage) xen- element clearly represents ξένος (xénos, “foreign”); can anyone suggest what the (deprecated template usage) -apistia element represents? — Raifʻhār Doremítzwr ~ (U · T · C) ~ 18:59, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
- I would imagine it's from απιστία (apistía, “infidelity”) or its Ancient Greek etymon, but I find it awkward; the unattested *axenopistia seems like a better neologism IMHO. —RuakhTALK 21:23, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
