Parameters edit

Mandatory parameters edit

The following parameters are mandatory:

  1. |stem= specifies the stem of the verb. (e.g. "G", "D", "Gtn", etc)
  2. |root= specifies the root of the verb. (e.g. "p-r-s")
  3. |class= specifies the vocalic class of the verb. (e.g. "a-u")

The allowed values for |class= are:

  1. a-u
  2. a-i
  3. a
  4. i
  5. u

Note that it is not necessary to specify the class for III-weak verbs. Currently, the only supported stem is the G-stem.

Stem overriding edit

Stems can be overriden using the following parameters:

  1. |dur1= (overrides the entire durative stem)
  2. |dur2= (overrides only 2.sg.f, 2.pl, 3.pl.f and 3.pl.m)
  3. |pert1= (overrides the entire preterite stem)
  4. |pret2= (overrides only 2.sg.f, 2.pl, 3.pl.f and 3.pl.m)
  5. |perf1= (overrides the entire perfect stem)
  6. |perf2= (overrides only 2.sg.f, 2.pl, 3.pl.f and 3.pl.m)
  7. |imp1= (overrides 2.sg.f and 2.pl)
  8. |imp2= (overrides 2.sg.m)
  9. |inf= (overrides the infinitive stem)
  10. |adj= (overrides the adjective stem)
  11. |part= (overrides the participle stem)

This can be used with irregular verbs to specify their irregular stems without having to write an entire table manually.

Cell overriding edit

Individual cells can be overriden with the following parameters:

  1. |dur.1.sg=
  2. |dur.2.sg.m=
  3. |dur.2.sg.f=
  4. |dur.3.sg=
  5. |dur.1.pl=
  6. |dur.2.pl=
