Template talk:shortcut

Since this is not too heavily linked just yet, I'd like to change the shortcut syntax to wikify the shortcut links, for two reasons. 1) Creating a new shortcut, you're saved from typoing it. 2) If the link goes away, it is apparent (instead of invisible.)
