Catalan: "este" and "eixe"

Fragment of a discussion from User talk:Rua

Ok, I'll have a look at the module. Are there any other words with -e in the masculine singular and -os in the masculine plural? Or are these the only ones?

CodeCat19:01, 7 August 2015

None that I'm aware of.

I'll let you know if I come across anything.

Thanks.

So would it be safe to simply add a rule to replace -e with -os for all masculine words?

CodeCat19:05, 7 August 2015

I doubt it.

For example, perfecte has perfectes as masculine plural, or were you just wondering about demonstratives?

Espreon (talk)19:10, 7 August 2015

Well, the module currently doesn't care what kind of word something is. But you're right, there can't be a simple rule. I guess an extra parameter is needed to override the default masculine plural here.

CodeCat19:19, 7 August 2015

I see.

Yeah, I guess that would be the best course of action, especially since we don't know if there are other words like these.

Espreon (talk)19:26, 7 August 2015

Ok, I've changed the code so that the pl= and pl2= parameters now work even for adjectives that are not "mf". In that case, they only override the masculine plural.

CodeCat19:32, 7 August 2015

All right, I'll add those entries after poking around a little bit.

Thanks again.
