Unicode block cat

Hello. Why create {{Unicode block cat}}? {{auto cat}} is working fine for the Unicode block categories.

It wasn't. As I said before, {{auto cat}} is only meant to decide which template to use, it's not supposed to provide the content. With its module now refactored, it no longer works without a template.
