hipster edit

Hi Gronky,

your probably right that German Trendsetter and English hipster are not exactly the same, however the meaning of Trendsetter matches perfectly the English definition of hipster, so Iǘe undone your edit. If you feel that this is wrong, then you should probably think about improving the definition at hipster.Matthias Buchmeier (talk) 18:38, 3 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi,
Can you tell me where you read a definition of en:hipster that matches de:Trendsetter?
The definition of Trendsetter on German Wiktionary says someone who causes/unleashes new fashions. And I presume that's correct since that's what the English trend setter means.

(P.S. The wordlist dictionaries on your user page are a great idea.) Gronky (talk) 00:08, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
