Welcome edit

Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wiktionary. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wiktionarian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk (discussion) and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the beer parlour or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome!

Also, I answered your request for a noun exapmle at almost. —Dvortygirl 08:13, 7 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

reflectorized edit

You mention this word in the Tea room - would you like to create entries for it and its derivatives, providing citations from the source you give (in order to show that it meets our criteria for inclusion)? — Paul G 08:54, 18 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Uncommented revert of gerrymander edit

Hey, you made an uncommented revert of gerrymander a while back. I can't see anything wrong with the secondary definition I added, so I've rereverted. --Scott Ritchie 18:40, 15 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

The problem is that this sense does not appear in dictionaries and is unsupported by reference quotations. The only sense I can find for the verb is based on voting districts. --EncycloPetey 23:09, 15 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
