Yair rand for admin edit

  • Nomination: I hereby nominate Yair rand as a local English Wiktionary Administrator. He does great entry work, as well as great vandal-fighting work, and he would use the tools to their fullest potential. 24:00 can only logically be concluded to be the minute after 23:59 which is unambiguously at the end of today (though I would encourage the use of 23:59 instead) Conrad.Irwin 20:12, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
