sprätta upp (present sprättar upp, preterite sprättade upp, supine sprättat upp, imperative sprätta upp)

  1. to cut open; cut along a fold (as of an envelope)
  2. to cut a seam; to separate two objects which were sewn together
  3. (somewhat vulgar) to cut open a body
    Jag ska sprätta upp 'an
    I'm gonna cut him open
