(humorous) A lightweight; someone who gets drunk after a small amount of alcohol; a cheap drunk with an added overtone of likelihood of sexual activity, usually via lowered inhibition but sometimes with dark connotations of disdain for, and date rape of, allegedly "loose" victims.
