inside edge (plural inside edges)

1. (cricket) The edge of a bat closest to the body of the batsman.
2. (cricket) A deflection of a ball off of the inside edge of a bat, sometimes to the wicket keeper for a catch.
3. (skating) The edge of the blade or side of the wheels facing towards the other foot.
