Usage notes edit
- (black): This adjective is often pejorative and is usually considered offensive; it is perhaps comparable to English negro or colored.
- Although its use has become deprecated by the 2000s, it is however still commonly used by older people in a non-offensive way.
- Note that the stress-initial variant is considered far less technical and more offensive.
