A noun-adjective phrase made of שידור (=broadcast, telecast) + חוזר (=repeating, returning), (literally) "repeating broadcast".

Some television networks in Israel prefer using the term שידור שני (shidúr shení, “second broadcast”) when the initial presentation was recorded rather than a live show; however this distinction is not widespread.
