From the root ر و د (r-w-d). Adverbial accusative of رُوَيْد (ruwayd), the diminutive of رُود (rūd).

      So allow time for the disbelievers. Leave them awhile.

    رُوَيْدًا زَيْدًا فَإِنَّهُ فَقِيرٌ!
    ruwaydan zaydan faʔinnahu faqīrun!
    Act gently towards Zeyd for he is poor!
    رُوَيْدَكَ!
    ruwaydaka!
    Take it easy!
