While we are at it, we have both إلاهة and إلهة, the latter having ’ílha as its pronunciation. Do you agree think it's a mistake, a variant or dialectal form? I am at work, only checked Shakhr dictionary, it doesn't have a full vocalisation. Anatoli 06:07, 21 September 2009 (UTC)

Yes, those two are okay. إلاهة is certainly standard. إِلهَة is, I think, a somewhat more recent term, but still standard Arabic. Besides إلهة, there is آلهة (’aaliha, "goddess") and آله, as well as آلهي and الهي, الاه and اله ... and a few others. —Stephen 12:34, 21 September 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, I've seen the others, my question is, I am not sure if romanisation ’ílha on إلهة is correct.

I think it is ’ilha, as though a sukun were on the lam, but writing a sukun on the lam seems very odd to me, and I would not put it there. Sukun is not used everywhere where a vowel does not follow, it is used sparingly. —Stephen 13:36, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
