I cannot find it in Filae.com. It isn't either in Ancestry or Forebears which is ominous. The search in Filae yields Yorganci and Yorganciyan though, which look like Turskish transcriptions. So Marten Yorgantz' real name might be Yorganci and Yorgantz merely a stage name. Olybrius (talk) 09:52, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Olybrius: He says that he changed his surname from Յորգանջյան (Yorganǰyan) to Yorgantz when he received French citizenship. I don't know if he changed it legally. How complete is Filae? Vahag (talk) 12:16, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
- Alright then. Filae seems very complete but only uses birth records, so that explains why it doesn't include his name: apparently (and unlike Charles) he didn't have children or at least they weren't born in France. Olybrius (talk) 17:56, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
