Firstly I think it's capitalised Bird of Prey (?). Secondly it would have to meet WT:FICTION, which among other things usually requires it to be mentioned in more than one fictional universe, i.e. not only in Star Trek. Equinox ◑ 15:38, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
