folks, this term is being now abused here on wikipedia after many years being accurate. Our company spends alot of $$ and wins all trademark infringement cases. "Clip Strip" in this manner is a brand of display or merchandising Strip. It's not a product itself. The trademark says it sll. Uspto registration # 1447523 Why does anyone change the Def of clip strip. It's a registered trademark of Clip Strip Corp and is a brand of display strip. Invented by my father in 1980. We always win trademark infringement cases. It's no different than a kleenex, Band aide, Thermos. Whoever keeps changing it says you are working for a company that abuses the trademark. It is widely misused, it is a adjective of a display strip.

please keep it the way I wrote it. Google and Amazon help me defend the term always.

If it wasn't a trademark and a noun I would just let it go.

Now there are book citations showing the use of "clip strips" plural, so it cannot be an adjective as you claim: adjectives do not have -s plurals. Equinox ◑ 13:25, 3 May 2023 (UTC)
