Torres Strait Creole - headword and etymology seem to be for ol#Torres Strait Creole. Perhaps just delete as a mistake? I don't know. Mglovesfun (talk) 11:14, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Part of speech edit
Should English etymology 2 be a pronoun, like 'em is, instead of a determiner? 70.172.194.25 22:20, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
- Yup. While it's a variant of "them", and there is a determiner sense of "them", you would normally need to have it unstressed and closely paired with a preceding word for "them" to become "'em". I wouldn't expect that of a determiner. I suppose there's some variety of English somewhere that has "'em" in initial positions as a determiner (something like "em things was..."?), but that would be different from what we currently have at 'em.
