Current definition reads: "A mode of employment in which sets of workers are rotated to maintain a continuous 24/7 operation." Isn't this too restrictive? For example, I would assume that 24/5 (three shifts during weekdays, weekends closed) or 16/7 (two shifts every day, nights closed) schedules would also be called shiftwork.--Hekaheka 16:18, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
