Current definition reads: "A mode of employment in which sets of workers are rotated to maintain a continuous 24/7 operation." Isn't this too restrictive? For example, I would assume that 24/5 (three shifts during weekdays, weekends closed) or 16/7 (two shifts every day, nights closed) schedules would also be called shiftwork.--Hekaheka 16:18, 16 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

I tend to agree. The 24/7 can be removed. Leasnam 16:43, 16 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
Please take a look at the definition I have added. DCDuring TALK 19:05, 16 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Striking. No RFV tag was ever added to the entry. —RuakhTALK 01:52, 13 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
