The 3rd and 4th meanings appear to be rare and extremely rare, respectively. The Webster or Collins' don't given them, and Heritage doesn't give the last one: [1] [2] I'm not sure if this kind of this discussion is appropriate for Wiktionary article, or if it's more suitable for Wikipedia, which also has an article on this term (as a word). Missing sense? edit
