- No, I've never heard it before. Usually an English infinitive is considered to be the word to followed by the verb, as in "to go." However, the word to is not always required, as in "should go", where "go" is still the infinitive. So I supposed that "full infinitive" means the verb preceded by "to". —Stephen (Talk) 16:17, 14 May 2018 (UTC)
