- (Roman mythology) An aspect of the Roman goddess Diana, pertaining to her role as guardian of trivia (crossroads or forks where three roads meet); used as an epithet.
Usage notes edit
In Greek mythology, the role (if not the epithet, which is of Latin root) is associated with Artemis (the Greek 'equivalent' of Diana) and also with Hecate.
