I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wiktionarian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk (discussion) and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to one of the discussion rooms or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! --EncycloPetey 02:53, 28 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Second Lieutenant

edit

This is a common noun, and should not be capitalized. Yes, it would be capitalized when used as a title, as would president or any other noun, just as it would be if it appeared at the start of a sentence. We do not have capitalized entries for words that are only sometimes capitlaized like this. --EncycloPetey 02:53, 28 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Another editor gave me conflicting information regarding what words or word forms qualify an entry and how those entries relate. I am trying to sort out that contradiction. Please clarify your position. Powerboater 00:09, 29 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
FYI, EP, it's at my talkpage.—msh210 02:49, 31 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Unified login

edit

Just to let tyou know, the unified login will not notify you of messages posted on other projects. You have to visit a particular project while logged-in to be alerted. However, you may set your preferences to send you an e-mail when someone leaves a message on your talk page. This preference must be set on each project separately. --EncycloPetey 23:13, 28 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
