Etymology edit
[1585] Lexicalization of archaic csín (“method”) + -ja (3rd p. sing. possessive suffix) + -n (adverb-of-manner suffix). Compare módjával.[1]

Today it mostly occurs in its base form, together with the verb bánik (“to handle, to treat”).
