Borrowed from Cantonese 豆腐花 (dau6 fu6 faa1).

- tofu pudding (cold tofu served with a syrup made of rock sugar and ginger)
Usage notes

- Even though 豆腐花 exists in a savoury form in northern China, in a Macanese context it is almost exclusively a dessert.
