Usage notes
edit(IPA): The mark should be placed at the same height as the double acute, ⟨˶⟩ but as of 2024 that is not supported by Unicode.
(UPA): The mark is placed after the vowel that bears the intonation.
(obsolete IPA): The mark is placed before the word or syllable that bears the intonation.
