1. (And) (he/it) built: third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of בָּנָה (baná).
   • Exodus 1:11, with translation of the King James Version:

     וַיִּבֶן עָרֵי מִסְכְּנוֹת לְפַרְעֹה

     And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities
