      qāla l-ḵabīru l-ʔamniyyu l-jazāʔiriyyu ʔaḥmad mīzāb ʔinna ʔajindatan tunaffiḏuhā duwalun ʕarabiyyatun waḡarbiyyatun tahdufu ʔilā ʔiḡrāqi l-jazāʔiri fī l-fawḍā, bitaṣdīri ʕanāṣira ʔirhābiyyatin min buʔari t-tawatturi, watamkīnihā mini ḵtirāqi l-ḥudūdi l-jazāʔiriyyati, bihadafi ʔiṭlāqi mawjatin ṯāniyatin li-r-rabīʕi l-ʕarabiyyi.
      Algerian security expert Ahmed Mizab said that the agenda which the Arabic and Western states carry out aims at plunging Algeria into chaos, through exporting terrorist elements from hotbeds of tensions and enabling them to transgress the borders of Algeria, to unleash a second wave of the Arab Spring.
