  1. (informal) to behave or become like Hitler, to be made to act like Hitler
    الرَّئِيسُ التَّعِيسُ يَتَفَرْعَنُ وَيَتَهَتْلَرُ.
    ar-raʔīsu t-taʕīsu yatafarʕanu wayatahatlaru.
    The miserable president behaves like Pharaoh and Hitler.
    لَا تَتَهَتْلَرْ فِيهَا وَتُقَتِّلْ خَلْقَ اللّٰهِ.
    lā tatahatlar fīhā watuqattil ḵalqa llāhi.
    Don't be like Hitler and massacre God's creation.
